What I mean is what albums do you listen to as albums form start to finish not just the odd track. I know theres only a few I listen to as albums without pressing skip, and here they are:

1. Purple rain
2. Sign of the times
3. Around the world in a day
4. Dirty Mind

You know, I have a lot of favorite Prince CD's but there are only 2 CD's where I can consistantly let it play from start to finish and that one is:

Parade
Lovesexy (not because of it being 1 track either)

The other CD's where I only skip one song, though I let it play all the way through sometimes is

Dirty Mind
Controversy
1999
Purple Rain
Around The World in a Day
SOTT
The Black Album
Batman
The Gold Experience
The Rainbow Children

I'm always skipping one song in D&P (three guesses which), 3 in , only one in TGE (excluding the segues, which I skip all), and a whole bunch in NewPower Soul

i listen to Diamonds and Pearls through Planet Earth

I listen to them all, all the way through, except skipping over...

I have a few times skipped over Chelsea Rogers.
And I skip over joint 2 joint. I have to say...the vocals that say..."Sex me...Sex me...." are terrible....It desroys the song....otherwise I wouldn't skip it.

Actually, save a track or two on each, I can listen to the rest of them, too. That's the nice thing about iTunes and my iPod. I don't even have to acknowledge the stuff I don't care for.

I never hear Jughead, for example.

I rarely listen to whole albums by anyone cuz I'm always changing CDs in my player after every 20 minutes but in the rare occasions when I do it's mostly Parade, Dirty Mind, The Black Album, Around The World In A Day and Controversy...
And lately Planet Earth.

I don't know, cuz sometimes I have to skip, even when I dig the album to death.

Ones I normally go back to would be 1999 & Sign O The Times, and some of the b sides/unreleased from the 82-84 era like god instrumental, electric intercourse, how come u don't call me, etc.. man he was really in a zone back then

The ones I can listen to all the way through are, SOTT, For You, Prince, Dirty Mind, 1999, Purple Rain and Lovesexy.
I haven't listened to any Prince music in a while though..
