Purple Rain Mistakes Got any scenes that U knew were just oh so not right ! Or maybe U wanna learn about a few !

I can assure you that there were no mistakes in the movie Purple Rain. Everything was done for a reason. Now if you'll excuse me, I must get back to sipping my purple Kool-Aid.

yeah.. i know only one scene.. where they mess up ... it's the scene where Apollonia has just gotten on the back of Prince's bike (from jumping in the lake) ..... now she's all wet, her hair's a mess..... but look .. when they take off.. her hair is all dry, curly n perfect to a t ... | |

my personal favorite is the palm tree in his neighborhood. at one point i paused that on my television and showed everyone within a certain radius, the whole time screaming "this is supposed to be in minneapolis!"
ok not quite screaming. and not quite everyone. but yeah.  HE'S COMING AGAIN | |

One mistake I noticed is that after the kid's father shoots himself, the police drew a chalk line around his body eventhough it was a suicide attempt. Therefore it wasn't a crime scene. Besides, he didn't even die. | |

Purple Rain Mistake:
That spazzy, sloppy horse-tongued kissing scene was a major mistake! What was up with that retarded sliperty-sloperty face lick? He looked like a starving 'tardo in a pie-eating competition

That was an oversight but the reason the scene was filmed was because P's dad originally shot and killed his wife and then himself. They left that scene in with the outline of the body. SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."
