Prince's symbol named as the Best Band Logo List from the beginning: http://www.spinner.com/20...gos-no-25/
Prince: http://www.spinner.com/20...ogos-no-1/ Spinner.com and AOL have named Prince's symbol the best logo in Rock and Roll. As a form of protest against his record label, Prince felt the need to abandon his moniker. In 1993, he adopted his logo, which he termed the "Love Symbol" and incorporates the glyphs for Mars (male) and Venus (female), as his actual -- and unpronounceable -- name. He even turned it into several custom guitars. They didn't use the  while referring to it. Only a pic of him from the 2004 Grammy Awards. That's a band logo? I Thought that was his. His band logo is the little NPG letter arangement thingy that I don't remember what it looks like. [Edited 2/19/08 6:03am] | |

Yeah, it looks like that site doesn't know the difference between Prince's symbol. the or the NPG represting The New Power Generation, which is the name of his band.Peace ... & Stay Funky ...
