I have trouble enough finding the right guy as it is 
Never had one serious relationship in my life. If he had asked when I'm as free as I am, I'd definitely consider it 
... for a few seconds. I've never been that lucky with anyone, so if Prince had asked me, of course I'd take a chance on him. But say I had someone that was truly my soulmate and we're "into one another like a hand in a glove"... I'd probably only consider Prince's offer if I wasn't happy with this person. The story goes that you'd only cheat on that special someone if you weren't truly happy with that person. If everything you wanted was right in front of you, there'd be no one else who could take that person's place. Whether Prince or any other person asked

Leave your partner for Prince or anyone else? No, not a good Idea. It might not work out and then you would be mad and who wants that?
Only leave your partner because he/she isn't right for you. If however, you're single or ending a relationship and you encounter Prince and he asks you to take a chance with him (there are never any guarantees) yes, pack your bags, ASAP.
