Princely Fortune Has any1 ever read or heard what P's approximate fortune is estimated at? Is he worth a billion yet?

He's prob made a billion in his lifetime though. Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind. | |

I think Prince has a reputation for extravagant spending-- 24/7 studio sessions, houses (rented), Paisley Park Studios, travel, high cost of touring, 2 dissolved marriages etc...
After the success of the 2004 tour, 2006-2007 residence, and 2008 performances in the U.K. I would say his personal net worth is ~$50 million. This would not be bad considering he was near bankruptcy in 1995. | |
