I don't believe it... I watched the entire thing and they completely skipped his category. They didn't announce the winners for the Outstanding Male or Female Artist. I sat through the entire thing and no sign of Prince anywhere! what's this world coming to? had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. It started raining, baby, the birds were gone | |

I recorded the show in case he showed up like he did last year but I see he didn't. Well that frees up some space on the DVR.  I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |

all the music awards were given out 1 hr before at the pre-show which was not aired. Alicia Keys picked up 4 from what I remember,she won every category her name was called for, poor Jill Scott | |

If not there, where could he be? Either he's really getting into those scriptures... or he's been on a recording frenzy 
Perhaps we'll have that new album soon enough. that's the best case scenario and I'm gonna stick with that.

interesting. I'm glad Great Debaters was recognized by the NAACP awards instead of American Gangster in which the Oscars will celebrate...i'm sure. It was a great night for honor people of color. minus prince. | |
