The Arrow

I have been running.
Running away from..
..an arrow. I say,
“Let it fly off with the sparrow.”

I hide behind
My curiosity of His wings.
And other things.

However I am standing,
As my Target To Be ..
..In the way..
Of All that Love has to say.

And I know..
That passion is the art.
And I would love to ..
Receive His dart. T

Although some of the thoughts are dark, u write very well. Glad u shared.
Being an English major, in literature mainly, i enjoy reading well versed writing.Used to write for enjoyment myself, until i had children and now i just don't have the time. Few and far between actually. But its wonderful to read someone elses writing.

Thank u...I was not delivering a dark message....It's about running from the love of Cupid's arrow...and then deciding to stand still and accept the love.
