Vivian: "Don't You Just Love Prince?" Edward: "More than life itself".
So goes one of my favorite scenes in Pretty Woman... after Julia Roberts sings "Kiss" in the bathtub! Name other random Prince moments in a fave movie. |

Yeah, it's a shame Julia's scenes were removed from Under The Cherry Moon, then you'd have been torn between which two.

I love Prince performing the instrumental version of An Honest Man in Under The Cherry Moon. Even thought the movie is TRASH, it is always great to see 319 performed in Showgirls.

And it always makes me grin, when I watch the Batman movie and hear the parts he lifted out of the audio track to use for Batdance, 200 Balloons and as intro's to other songs, like The Future.

The Last Boy Scout where Bruce Willis says his daughter loves Prince "Go figure" and Damon Wayans does an "Aowah" with the Prince eyes. Made me laugh. They play Gett Off too in the strip club Halle works at.

I think John Hughes loves him some Prince because everyone of his movies feature Prince in some way. Except maybe Home Alone. I think he used Michael Jackson for this one.

yeah that part is great, especially being as its a relatively little known prince song (to non-huge-fans) was the only part of the movie i liked...from that moment on it went horribly downhill. Wouldn't you love to love me?

Oh, and don't forget the "basket case" (Ally Sheedy) in The Breakfast Club, checking out the liner notes from 1999 during a scene. |
