Has anyone else worn hair styles that resemble the way Prince wears his hair????? PLEASE POST HERE ! !


I've worn the curly short(circa???) the thick curly(purple rain) and the long curly (sign o)


I currently wear the graffiti bridge coif.....pic to arrive later.....

I'd have to use a lot of maple syrup to get my hair to do as Prince's do.

I've styled my hair like Prince's each time I've seen him live,involving cutting,coloring,and shaving 2.

oh yes i have followed most of prince's hair style from his long hair in rave un2 the joy fantastic but the 1 i have been known to wear the most is a mixture of him in diamonds and pearls and now his hairstyle because they r the same just wrapped up with a head wrap. i even do the beard mustache look and eyeliner luckily it looks good on me cause i am as light as he is and able 2 make it look good!

a few yrs ago, i took advice from a lady of the night, and attempted a shave, ended up in ER for 3 weeks

the nurses were nice though

I could never do what P does to his hair but if I could it would be the Typhoon do from the Get Off days for sure; coolest do ever.

I wanted to make my hair kinda straightish poofy, like how he has it in the I wanna be ur lover video. So I washe it and blowdried it but my hais was to straight/fine to do it.
Everyone else in my family has curlier hair. Two of my brothers wear afros, but my hair is so damn straight.

I wore a bandana to work after the Super Bowl last year

Oh man,....please. Yeah,..of course. In 81, when I was a kid, I started wearing my hair very similar to P during his Controversy tour, which was different from how he wore his hair on the album and the video's. And especially during his 1999/Purple Rain era when I was in high school...I OWNED that shit. I've had long hair all of my life. I still wear my hair long. Just who I am. It's not a fashion thing. I wore it very similar to P's Signs period as well. Loooong after 87 to. Today, all I have to do is get some curling irons, and lightly comb them out and that's it.

I've worn variations of every hairstyle he's had.

Right now, I'm toying with the idea of going back to his "short with asymmetrical bangs" Versace look.

Make that every hairstyle except the Topsy-fied pigtails he sported around the Rave era. (Unless, of course, my mother did something like that to me when I was...like...three and I don't remember.)
