Sexy MF - his last "wow" moment Listening to his Symbol album over the weekend, I kind of realised that the last time a Prince song really (and I mean really) made me go "wow" is Sexy MF. I do like a lot of his new stuff (and I love Chelses Rodgers, for example), but this absolut feeling of "what the heck is that" has not hit me since, me thinks
I know that Sexy MF is really a Prince does James Brown kind of thing (you are talking to the man who collected old JB records on vinyl), but I found it really intriguingly original... Who else thinks this is one heck of a song, show your love

One heck of a song, yes, but not the last 'wow' moment IMO.

One heck of a song, yes, but not the last 'wow' moment IMO. days of wild, the last december are just 2 xamples 4 me man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

Who else thinks this is one heck of a song, show your love I'd say the last two "WOW" moments I had were in 1995 when I played "Gold" and again, and in even more intense fashion, in 1996 when I picked up the "Exodus" album and played the last track. After 10 minutes of climatic funk, I was speachless. Little did I know, it'd be the last time.

P-funk, the level of excitement that caused, first hearing it on Shelby´s myspace website, then PFU and finally at 3121, I was up all nite disussung the lyrics with other P fans If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.

Actually I would say his last Wow moment for me would be the live "Fury" on SNL, scorching.
Prior to that, I was swept away by the song "the Rainbow Children" merf
