I'm sure we heard the stories of how Vanity was heavily into drugs. I'm sure we all know how sex, drugs, and chaos are the main ingridients of rock-n-roll. It seems like during the 70's and eighties drugs as took it's toll on a lot of stars and taken the lives of many talented and gifted musicians we may never see in this lifetime. It's almost as if the drug craze in the music scenes and club scenes was becoming like a fashion trend. It's a fact that in the early eighties Prince was known as "Horn Toad" Sex god. His music is known for the number of songs that oozed in lustful sexuality (it' all we're ever need)however. Besides the line in Sing '' the times where Prince notes "in fact there was a skinny man with a big diases and a little name, by chance his girlfriend came across a needle and soon she did the same" Has anyone heard of Prince being tempted to use the white horse himself? Not that it really matters, or that's it's any of my business, It's just been something I've been wondering about for sometime.

I think the Interview was in NME around the Gold experience or Emancipation. Please check it somebody because I can't get to my magazines right now. He did say that and it was kinda shocking . He didn't say yes or no.

In the mid-90s,Prince did some interview where he was asked if he ever used drugs.He replied "I'm interested in all experiences".So,it's likely that he probably "experimented",but thank God,he didn't become hooked or anything.

Only on life. Most of the druggies around him won't do drugs in front of him if they are smart.Prince can not hold his liquor and hates the smell of alcohol. this may be because his father was a social drinker. if he ever tried anything he was good at getting on me. I have only two vices
drinking and smoking cigarettes. Which is good since I have a family full of heroin addicts. I have never tried drugs. I have stopped drinking. you don't choose to start drinking at 6. We have all lived life and experienced different things so who's to judge another, if you've never done something like this does that mean your a saint? I'm more than sure your not cause in some other way you've probubly done worse, being in the entertainment industry is not an easy thing people everywhere are doing everything I've seen it all and sometimes you can become tempted to try almost anything were only human, but the thing is you have to be strong enough to know you have a much more important purpose that you were put here for. If Prince did deal with drugs back in the day so what! it's more than obvious he's smart enough to know not to get hooked on the stuff the man's got too much talent and too much to live for.
