C'mon who knows this? Right you guys, Who can tell me about the following songs and when were they recorded?
51 Hours & Slave 2 The System. I'm sure they're known to most of you. Is there a website that lists individual songs and give some background to them? I know about the 'guide2prince.org' and all the bootleg info but it doesn't give info on individual songs - anyone help? - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

"51 Hours" was most likely recorded sometime around the D&P world tour, "Slave 2 The System" exists in two versions - the one with Sonny T. on vocals is from the Exodus -sessions and the Prince remake (which is drastically different) is an Emancipation outtake. Mind you, there is also an alternative version of "Slave" circulating. It's similiar to the album version but doesn't have the bounding drum fills. | |

51 hours was an unreleased track from the Diamonds And Pearls era,about 30 copies of the in-house 12" promo are knocking about...somewhere.
