why is Prince so hard on youtube & fan sites? I never understood that. Is it purely financial, or does he have some kind of spiritual master plan he's trying to implement? I would think that he'd benefit from youtube exposure, especially things as harmless as music videos. I can totally understand going after peer 2 peer trading albums / mp3s ---- but isn't he stifling his own music by waging war on the fans? Sure, it's deliberate - and I believe that Prince knows what he's doing... but the question is why? I've got some honey and some peppermint tea - that's all I need to get my drink on!

I tend to look at the life of a musician, in a similar fashion to dancers and sports figures.
People have their career's and with dancing and sports, your mid-forties are slowing your body down. I realize that musicians have a greater longevity, a lifetime of playing music, however, in Prince's case, He has already engraved himself into the history books. Prince has reached a level, that leaves his career in his hands. Prince can either continue to record, for the sake of being kind enough to share His music, but let's face it....If Prince did not record another song, that will never change The world's perspective of legendary musician. Prince's heart along with many other fabulous singers and musicians, is already immortal to the Library of Congress. So, we as fans, pray that the man we love and support will continue to print music, for the sake of sharing. "The Lion Sleeps Tonight...
