Oh, since my son has got the flue and I stayed home for him, I watched The Septimo the Caballeria yesterday! Well, I tried to because my son was like: "Prince has stupid clothes here, Prince looks stupid, Prince has a stupid earring...and then bursting into laughter... Prince has got snotties in his nose". I managed to watch the DVD in 20min. He is sooooo handsome there!

I never heard of that song motherless child until you mentioned it. It's some sort of blues song.

I love this song. It's a rare Prince song, bcuz it's about being rejected by a girl. Rare, in the sense that it's not common in Prince World to get rejected. Normally he is the one who rejects. (another example is Cindy C.)

The line: 'U don't want me, I'm not worth the air that I breathe'. shows him at his most vulnerable side. He even has a sob in his voice. He's being very honest in this song. Luv it.
