PRINCE DISCOVERIES IN 2007

I was dreamin when I typed this
(so don't shoot if it's been done already)

but what did you discover about P (or affiliates) in the year 2007 that you had no previous knowledge of?

I'll start:

was examining this album cover:

and noticed St. Paul for the first time
never knew he was a member of The Time

heard mention of a Madhouse 24
never heard of it before 2007

that "Tick Tick Bang" from
Grafitti Bridge is actually the
same song as the outtake

oh wow...

it's like an orgasm right? cool

once I seriously got into
Prince's discography
and Starr * Co./Paisley Park projects
it was like a whole new world of music

I remember the more popular stuff
from my childhood
but there was stuff I'd never heard of
until just a few years ago
like Madhouse, The Family, Mazarati...
never heard of that stuff before like 2006

and I'm on musicstack right now
and see there is a bside for The Time's
"777-9311" called "Grace"
never heard of it... wow...

could I get a listing of
The Time's bsides anywhere on the net?

i learned that he claims nothing has been funky since 1992 ..that brutha needs a serious reducation of his music nod
man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

As far as I know, those are the only two b sides... Tricky and Grace. There were remixes aplenty from the Pandemonium album as well as a long version of The Bird. I can't think of anything else off the top o' my head.
The expanded version of my book PRINCE and The Purple Rain Era Studio Sessions 1983-1984 was released in November 2018. (www.amazon.com/gp/product/1538114623/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_bibl_vppi_i0) or www.facebook.com/groups/1...104195943/
