Has Prince ever crossed paths with fellow uptown band, The Suburbs?



There was this great New Wave band in the 80's from Prince's hometown called The Suburbs. But I always wondered if Prince has ever done a gig with them back in the day. Or is there any kind of connection between him and them. I only know that Bobby Z. produced one of their later albums.
