What wins and why?

The Purple Rain one was a hairstyle, not a weave.

P did not have a weave during PR.

It's not about how long P's hair was in the video, Just look at the texture of his hair in that. P's hair is not naturally curly and P has never wore a jheri curl either. So yeah, those were pieces added in starting from Controversy. This is showbiz ya'll.

Prince has always relaxed his hair and curled it out using curling irons or flat irons. All the people of color in the org knowss this. When you have your own private hair dresser on call everyday, at any time, your hair will grow like crazy because they will keep it healthy.

Well, EXTENSIONS are totally cool with me, and that sounds right - and I know you know these things. So PR weave is my favourite!
