when did prince started to play bass on stage while playing bass in the studio prince started playing bass live in 1994/

well that i know isnt true.. cause that's how Jimmy Jam n Terry Lewis got fired... cause Prince had to play live bass for the Time for a concert .. | |

I think Prince has been playing the bass live his entire career.
He used to walk seductively behind Andre and play the bass I remember seeing a picture of him during the Purple Rain Tour, dressed in the Funkadelic One Nation flag as a shirt, playing Brown Mark's bass. I'm sure there are other examples of him playing the bass early on in his career, but those are the only 2 I could come up with. JERKIN' EVERYTHING IN SIGHT!!!!! | |
