I had one in my neck, but it was placed so closed to my throat,
I ended up actually swallowing it. When it finally passed, I threw it away. There wuz no way I was gonna I was gonna put that thing back in anywhere near my throat. 
When I contacted the government, to see if it could be replaced, they told me that not only could've I sent in it to get a rebate, but that throwing it away was a capital offense & that I would most likely be sent to prison. I've been on the run ever since.  | |

Put on your tinfoil hat, it blocks the radiowaves. The tech has been there for years, it's been in operation for a longtime too, but were not quite there yet where the whole population would have one implanted at birth.
