Was 18 and Over... Was 18 and over ever recorded without all the come samples?
when it was played live (31st march 1995 version is amazing!!) there was no samples | |

18 And Over is a continuation of Come, some sort of remix, and yes, there were samples included when it was played over the PA and on the videoscreen in 1995.
