I'm gonna get FLAMED for this (!) but I've never understood the attraction of this song. SO many fans love it! Even Prince said it was an 'important' song or something at this year's Celebration. I just think it's horribly dated.

Maybe I'm missing something, I don't know. Compared to 'The Question Of U', 'Joy In Repetition', 'Still Would Stand All Time' and 'Thieves In the Temple' it's one of the weaker tracks, for me, on 'Graffiti Bridge'.

I love it, and it doesn't sound dated to me. Maybe dated in Prince terms, but I can't think of another artist or genre that it sounds like and even if I could, I'd rather listen to Prince.

There again - who am I to decide??! I didn't write the bloody songs!

I think that configuration would've received far better reviews than it originally did. Plus, it cuts out the filler.
