His ability to start from nothing and go on to be the most important all round musician, showman and entertainer in history... Fullstop! If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.

I actually laughed out loud at that. Good choice. I admire his versatility. I mean, he can sing, dance, write, produce, and play the geetaw. And he can do almost any genre of music well.

His undeniable musical genius.
His music is as inspiring as it is varied and although he's had his musical ups (IMHO SOTT= ) and downs (TRC= ) he is persistantly good. I mean even some of his stinkers are still "good music", just sonic experiments gone awry. A working class Hero is something to be ~ Lennon

When I haven't had a glass of wine, which is usually, I would attempt a bunch of musical lyrical, compliments, However , after two smoothe, glasses of White wine, I have decided to tell the truth, That mouth of His is somethin' else. "The Lion Sleeps Tonight...

His knowledge of Star Trek trivia. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

Today I had something to say, that's why I started this thread! But my words aren't coming out like I would like them to. So I guess I'll try this again tomorrow.

His politeness! He always ask's if he may play his guitar, before he launches into a solo
I love it when he stands at the edge of the stage and puts his arms in the air and sends the croud crazy, like he.s some sort of superstar, or something!!

I was mentioning that about him because I was feeling discouraged and remembered his performances and how since he got baptized he had to change a lot of things and that I can see it's a struggle but he keeps on... Oh dear, I'm rambling... see, told you!

His work ethic and the fact that he thinks 5 years ahead of everyone.
All this PFU stuff now may become industry standard with the record companies being in disarray. He wasn't 5 years ahead with "Jughead" and "Tony M" but overall..... Oh dear, I'm rambling... see, told you! Well, anyway, I'm wanting to find some of that inspiration right now! I need to find strength from example (and from up above). (I need that kind of courage to carry on right now, I'm in agony over things... life.) . [Edited 1/10/08 9:37am]
