The first night at the O2.
I know it wasn't the best concert of them all, but after nearly 10 years since my last concert, the anticipation was well worth the wait. The encores were the icing on the cake!!!! I wish it was this time last year and I could do it all again so, what is the answer 2 the question of U

best moment was when the PFU stood up and told prince man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

Main show and particularly the aftershow That was awesome. Got to the Front at the Aftershow and sang Party - up on the Mic holding Shelbys hand. In fact, we had a connection at most of the aftershows. http://www.myspace.com/savage1999uk

07/07/07 in Minneapolis. It was my first trip to Minneapolis and well worth it. There was so much love that weekend. The three concerts in one day were amazing. The energy at Macy's was electric - Prince and the band killed it with Sheila E. (that was also my first time ever seeing Sheila E. live). The Target Center show was fantastic, P seemed to really turn it on for the home crowd. Finally, the First Avenue show was just surreal. Experiencing Prince performing at a sold-out, jam-packed First Avenue in 2007 was just indescribable. Also, seeing Larry Graham play "Hair" a few feet in front of me was priceless.
That entire weekend was so much fun. All the people wearing 3121 t-shirts made it look like a small army had descended on Minne. Everywhere you went you saw people in those t-shirts, even in the airport. Hearing "3121" playing outside Macy's on Nicollet all day was cool too. Also, seeing people sleep outside for First Avenue aftershow tickets and wait outside all day Saturday was crazy! That line was six blocks long by Saturday afternoon, which was one of the hottest days in Minne all year. I am so glad that I did not have to wait in that line. However, as I said, it was great to see so much love for Prince that weekend. It was an unforgettable experience. The Super Bowl. What a wild and crazy night that was. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

That was my number two. Had I not gone to Minne, it would have been number one. That was another unforgettable moment. Last week I showed it to two people who missed it and they were both like, WOW! perfection is a fallacy of the imagination...

The Superbowl was my Prince highpoint which subsequently led to his bizarre turn on us (tha fans!) where he tried to sue everything in sight. Definately a serious low...

Yes, that Rio experience was another AMAZING time; mine was in 2006 though, as I saw him in December. The 3121 Las Vegas experience was actually my all-time best Prince moment because I met him there. He was so kind and charming. The night after we met and talked with him, he remembered us and seemed to go out of his way to make sure that we had a good time at the aftershow. Despite all the negative talk about Prince on this "fan" site, I have to say that he is a beautiful person with a very warm, sincere spirit/energy. I think that some so-called Prince fans forget that we all have flaws, so you cannot be angry at a person because he does not conform to your idea of who he should be or how he should act. I am just grateful for all the wonderful Prince experiences that I have had. And I wish him well in his continued evolution as a human being first and foremost because the music flows from that. Now, I'm looking forward to what great moments 2008 holds. perfection is a fallacy of the imagination...

21st September 2007, O2 concert and aftershow the final day to a glorious 21 day run!!
That moment at the aftershow when the music started playing behind the curtains and then when the curtains opened and there stood Prince and Amy Winehouse, still sends shivers up and down my spine. That whole night I will never forget for so many beautiful reasons

9th Sept 2007....main show at O2, and THAT aftershow....P and bodyguards come out into back of crowd right next 2 us, and he says "you guys gotta shout louder than that!" He looked tiny amongst these huge guys, but when he went back out & appeared on stage seconds later in his turquoise suit & huge shades he was the only man on the planet for me for the next 2.5hrs, and has been ever since! (Hope my hubby's not reading this....) I'm not interested in seeing anyone else in concert ever again, but I'd walk on hot coals to see Mr Nelson again! Thanks for the memories...XX "you guys gotta shout louder than that!" - Prince at the back of the audience b4 going on stage at Indigo2 10 Sept 12.29am
