Do you believe that Prince should open his own museum? I believe that with Prince, and his fellow musicians contributions to the world of music, that a "Graceland" type of tour, would be in the world's best interest.
We kind of started talking a few months ago, but we really didn't get into the rewards that it would provide for Prince and his fanz. It would allow Prince more rest, and storage of his collections of guitars, and awards, as well as allow his fanz to peer into some of the vault that He may be willing to share in an atmosphere like that.... If this "House" was built...Where would you put it? Minneapolis is the obvious guess, but not necessarily the only choice? And how much would you charge for admission to take the tour. What would be the theme or topic of the rooms you could move through? "The Lion Sleeps Tonight...

My thought has always been that the only true place for a Prince "museum" would be Paisley Park. I can't picture there being any other place for all things Prince then over at the Park. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

As far as I know he isn't dead yet.
Or does the black page in 3121.com tell something else?

my 1st response was yes, what a great idea ... but then i thought that Paisley Park could fulfil the whole museum vibe as suggested. right now, it's more of Prince's own base; atleast it seems. but the museum vibe would be fun to support, all things Prince

I'd certainly go if he did open one! He gets it! That's why the ladies love him...

The museum wouldn't
be about how great someone used to be. It would be a place a great musician could store his stuff and get paid for people looking at the luggage He can't physically carry around that proves He's great. "The Lion Sleeps Tonight...

He's the sort of personality who could get away with a Graceland-type setting.
But SHOULD he do it? Probably not!

Even if a Museum or gallery was to a Prince exhibition, that would be excellent!
There are more than enough single/album covers, clothing/merchandise and audio/video material to make it the ultimate experience. Prince fan or not, this would be an amazing experience! Life's a Parade! LoveLife, LoveSexy!
