America isnt a b-side....its track 6 or 7 or something on the album :s Purple Rain has the best B-Sides on it, but cant beat CD3 of the Hits collection I got more hits than Madonna's got kids!

Sometimes,
I wish my b-sides were awesome. Instead, my doctor said that they were a heart-attack waiting to happen.

How come u don't call me anymore Horny toad Irresistible bitch Irresistable Bitch and HCUDCMA are 2 of my fave b - sides. Was Horny toad an actual b-side though? I thought it was one of those "well known bootlegs!" or along the lines of "Gotta stop messin' about" Not a favourite. Prefer Delerious which it is similar too. Life's a Parade! Gotta stop messin about was one of the rarest released P songs till the release of the hits/b-sides. I managed to get a vinyl version of it back in 87, b-side to let´s work I think If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.

I would say Purple Rain. 17 Days, Another Lonely Xmas and Erotic City make up for God (vocal mix) which really throws off the grade!
It is the one really embarrassing bside from that era. I'd say 1999 b-sides come in 2nd The expanded version of my book PRINCE and The Purple Rain Era Studio Sessions 1983-1984 was released in November 2018. Putting America as a B-side was a typo . . . I had the remix A-Side playing in my head as I was posting! She's Always In My Hair IS a B-side, or at least here in the US. It's the b-side to Raspberry Beret.

Irresistible bitch should have been included on the 1999 album!
And Erotic City released as a single! (it didn't deserve a B-side status)... Also, She's always in my hair would have been a great addition for ATWIAD... [Edited 1/5/08 15:41pm]

I know the b-sides lists have been posted many times in the past but I think it is nice for the newbies to know what is out there so here it is again: (I've included the Cream and New Power Generation remixes that are sorta remixes and yet, just different enough)
Gotta stop (messin’ about) (b-side in the US, a-side in UK) How come u don’t call me anymore Horny toad Irresistible bitch 17 days Erotic city God God (instrumental) Another lonely Christmas 4 the tears in your eyes (not a b-side, on the “We are the world” album) She’s always in my hair Hello Girl Love or $ Alexa De Paris La la la he he hee Shockadelica Escape Scarlet pussy Good love (original version from the “Bright lights big city” soundtrack) 200 balloons Feel u up I love u in me Sex T.C.’s rap Brother with a purpose Get off The lubricated lady Loveleft loveright Horny pony Violet the organ grinder Gangster glam Clockin' the jizz Things have gotta change (Tony M rap) 2 the wire Get some solo Do your dance Housebangers Q in doubt Ethereal mix Call the law (This is the New Power Generation, it was the b-side of "Money don't matter 2night, I think it may have been on "Gold nigga") 2 whom it may concern Interactive (Shorter original version released as an audio track on the CD-ROM) Kirk J’s B-Sides remix Free the music (New Power Generation b-side of "The good life") Rock N Roll is alive (and it lives in Minneapolis) On sale now When will we b paid Magnificent (virtual b-side) United states of division (virtual b-side) Silver tongue (virtual b-side) Purple house (on the CD "Power of soul, Jimi Hendrix tribute") Brand New Orleans The live B-Sides: Face down (NYC live) 1+1+1=3 (live) Gotta broken heart again (live at Las Vegas) Strange relationship (live at Las Vegas) Sometimes it snows in April (live at Las Vegas) ("Pop life 'live at Las Vegas'" was the first song on this CD, making the above 3 "b-sides" to me) Dear Mr Man (live at Webster Hall) Te amo Corazon / Fury (recorded live at the 2006 Brit awards) [Edited 1/9/08 7:59am] Making love and music are the only things worth fighting for.
