but the NPG early 90's is different then the NPG albums of mid 90's. The first one was about Tony M. and the other ones were Prince behind a scarf.

I much prefer Gold Nigga to Exodus.
The title track is really dark and hypnotic and Tony M's smooth delivery on that track kinda reminds me of George Clinton on P Funk. But Black MF's In The House is my jam! I love Prince's impression of racist Texan rednecks - and fuck me it's funky! |

from housequake ^^ according 2 what u have said, that prince played the majority of the tracks somehow making this a "prince" record, ur quoting the liner notes from this album suggest otherwise. so either u belive what has been "credited" or not. but either way it's pointless since this is not a prince release it's strictly a npg release man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81 | |
