prince's fight with miko weaver? i was reading about this altercation between p and his guitar player at a 1990 rehearsal which was captured on audio (and video) although it is barely decipharable. apparently p says "that's what i thought, punk" to miko. miko runs off and p says "what did u say?" and runs off after him. they continue arguing underneath the stage. i've never witnessed it. i always like a good fight.  has anyone else here seen or heard it? have any idea what it was about?For all time I am with you, you are with me. | |

Personally, I think P would have whooped Miko's ass. I know Miko was bigger and shit but P could squab. He was quick as hell and P was strong. It's funny you mention this fight between them, as I noticed a while back watching the Nude Tour 1990 tokyo concert.
Towards the end of '1999'. Prince is singing 'Mummy, why does everybody have a bomb' and Miko is playing guitar beside him and he gives Miko the most vicious and spiteful look, as if to say 'You really piss me off!'. I always wondered what the problem was and now I know. I bet they'd had an argument down below stairs back then too - hehehe! | |

You don’t know Prince so what makes you an authority on who could whip his ass. For whatever reason he was not afraid to jump in Miko’s face so he must have felt he could take him.
