Its a beautiful ear piece; however for women it needs a GOLD tip. The black and silver is cool for men who want to wear black and silver suits and nice black boots with a funky silver pinstripped top. For women ya got to add some GOLD on the tip of it...so when U put a hoop under neath it (GOLD hoop) or a diamond with gold stud it compliments the outter ear...
