The song PFunk got me thinking too, There's a line in it that goes something like .... I'm out of here like the wolves or with the wolves. Also he said in London... This summer has changed everything. Did he want to go out with a bang? If he did it was a sensational bang in London, England!! And someone has reminded me that at a press conferance he did mention taking time out to read the bible. Yes, he said to TRAVEL and study the bible - so maybe he's just chilling out for a while  | |

Okay, I'll bite. Could be he's tired of hearing how if it wasn't for his fanbase, etc. Maybe he wants to prove that he doesn't need the fanbase. He could choose to do corporate gigs and private parties and still get his cheddar. He keeps his overhead low and none of those folks will post unwanted pics and comments on the net when it's over. No complaints about how he lost it in the 80s or speculation about who his next love interest will be. Or could it be that the maverick which many people in the fanbase romanticize is ready to become moreso a part of the establishment and kick it with the elite? Don't mind me...I'm just thinking out loud. He's probably taking a well deserved and needed rest and studying as someone suggested. We shall see. I guess I can see why people are wondering though. First you had Feel Better, then boom. Now you get Pfunk, then boom again.
