A lot of GREAT songs have been named so far . Weak thread .. . .

Isn't it interesting: one person's hate-list song is loved by another. I, for one thing, really prefer some of the songs listed here as 'worst'. It's odd - but in a funny way it proves that we're all wrong, and that the only person right to release them all is Prince, because all these songs find apprciation one way or another.

I wonder, does anybody love 'Get Off' (with one 't') and 'Sex'. I've always found these two B-sides incredibly shallow and even badly made. But I'm sure someone will contradict me.

sex is shallow and probably took him one minute to write, but its sort of hypnotic. Get Off was the transition from insipid pop of GB to the bass powered funk of D&P. Its a million times better than new power generation and leads into the amazing "loveleftloveright/lubricated lady". To me its an important song.

No i think Prince has released many weak songs (the whole Planet Earth album being amongst them) but apart from Right The Wrong (though it could have been decent without the horns), my list wouldn't b urs, that's all
