This movie appealed to me mainly because I love Prince and France.
Bad acting and over acting on the part of Mary Sharon and some others. I Prince's acting (funny) although I think they could have used a coach for the love making scenes... and made them more passionate. Prince looked like he was attacking her at times... LOL!

Hilarious movie.
Mary Sharon = the good girl. Mary Sharon's first scene. "HOWDYA LIKE MY BIRTHDAY SUIT!?"
I liked the black and white. The ending was crap with butter on it though. | |

my favorite of all of prince's movies (except for sign o the times, which isn't really a "movie" in a sense). purple rain is better made, i think, overall. and graffiti bridge  . under the cherry moon is the kinda movie ONLY prince fans would enjoy (unlike pr which had a bit more broader appeal). we get his offbeat sense of humor and the references. i like the look of the film and the soundtrack is one of my favorite albums. the ending is kinda silly and unnecessary, but it makes sense (sorta). without it there might not be a sometimes it snows in april and that would have sucked as it is the coolest song ever!For all time I am with you, you are with me. | |

pearl encrusted blouses & all that shizzle! camper than a row of tents! i wanna know how they gatecrashed the parties so easily & how they they had no shame while they indiscreetly stashed jewels & dosh in2 their pockets from lonely old women!...oh yeah, christopher tracy certainly was a confident boy! crist tracy's eye locking moment with mary...etched on my memory
