Ever since I became a Prince fan at the age of ?? I go on Prince binges. I take a break from his music for awhile, but then need it like a drug. This weekend I will be getting out the 12" vinyl and mp3's the b-sides and the Dirty Mind all weekend.

I can't really listen to too many complete albums cuz I find too much filler. Even the better
albums have trax that are way too long 1999
or trax that I skip SOTT. I need to burn a few
CD-Rs of quality PRINCE trax and then I can binge.

1999 hasn't left my player in weeks.

I bought a MiniDisc player a few months back and have been recording MD's with my fave songs first.
A fave ballad MD, fave pop song MD.

Then I started to record entire albums (LP-era) including extended versions and b-sides.
Fun thing about my MD player is you can boost the sound up. Remastered versions of ATWIAD, SOTT, Parade rock my world ever since...

Currently,I'm on a Time binge.Yesterday,I pulled out of their first two albums and JAMMED.Man,those songs are so funky and still kick ass!!

I was listening to "Get It Up","Girl" (underrated ballad),"The Walk","777-9311"(killer bass),"Wild and Loose","Gigolos Get Lonely Too" and "I Don't Wanna Leave You" (dontcha just LOVE the way this song fades out??).

've been on a Prince binge since bought the Work boots. That was back in May. have taken 2 or 3 short breaks that spanned a few days, but other than that, there have been Prince 's in my :CD: player 4 the past 5 months. The man has such an enormous body of work; enjoy listening 2 music from any period of his life. feel like it is difficult 2 get bored or tire of his music, because there is so much 2 listen 2. If get bored with 1 , put in another 1.

i go on a purple binge almost every night...there's somethin about listenin 2 p at nite that's so cool...

Since I started listening in January... I haven't been able to stop. Especailly since I went to my very first Prince Concert in June... So to answer your question... I am currently on a prince binge and don't plan on stopping any time soon!!!

Back in '87 I went on a marathon Prince binge to celebrate my graduation from college. I played every album and extended 12" in order from For You through SOTT.

The next day, one of my neighbors stuffed a note in my mailbox complaining about it. Said something about "Hey! I love Prince as much as the next person, but you really annoyed me with the loud music, blah, blah, blah." Stanky ho didn't have the guts to just knock on the door and ask me to turn it down (not that I would have). So as soon as I got the note, I went and played some more Prince and cranked it just short of distortion.

Ah! Those were the days!

uh huh! Sometimes I watch Purple Rain, Under the Cherry Moon, 2 Chains O' Gold, Graffiti Bridge all in the same day..

Well, there has been at least 1 Prince cd since the middle of my 8th grade year, and now I am in 11th grade, and now it is all Prince ever since I went and saw him for my 16th birthday in April at the Kodak Theatre. My family wants to kill me! I just can't get enough!!

There isn't a day that I don't listen to Prince but it's a question of what album I'm binging on. Right now it's SOTT.

Currently off work sick. Feel like shit! Binging on NewPowerSoul. Never been one of my favourites but today it seems to have a different quality to me - maybe it's because I need the funk!
