Is there anyone else waiting for their Days of Wild cd? I was told that the cd was on back order so I would have to wait. I ordered the cd on August 30.

it took about 3-4 weeks to get to me, so i don't know what's taking them so long. Probably on tour with P.

I don't like it. It's weak compared to the old one.

Mine took 3 weeks with standard delivery; however, it did not say it was out of stock on the site when I ordered mine.

I actually like the Days of Wild concert mix...the lack of swearing is only weird because we've all heard it the "real" way before. The overdubs aren't awful...I actually like it when Prince overdubs his falsetto voice, "One mo' jam...one mo' jam...from Prince and the band." I thought it was worth the $$, anyway.

Yep Im still waiting too. I guess Prince has found out my secret identy and is holding my copy hostage!!!

I would just like to go on record and admit when i am incorrect. I slammed Prince (yet again) in this thread but lo and behold when I got home that afternoon my NPGMC Days of Wild CD was in my mailbox. Thus from the bottom of my heart I would like to retract my statement (but not the one about Prince riding Larry Grahams coat-tails).

For those that want to know the CD track list is:

1) Days of Wild (SIngle Edit) - 4:08 An edit from the next track.

2) Days of Wild (Concert Mix) - 10:45 The entire DOW track with a partial studio over dub

3) 1+1+1=3 (Live) - 5:51 Also live.


The tracks are excerpts from the upcoming ONA Live CD set from NPGMC.

I noticed that my cd was shipped on the 16th. I was just wondering why I had to wait. The cds were in stock when I bought it. Anyway, I'll be happy when it arrives.
