The other day I found that I had an unopened Prince dvd on my shelf after all this time... Rave un2 the year 2000! I was so and this was the first time I heard that song! I it!

Ok, I'm gonna ask a no brainer question again,...

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT THE "RAVE UN2 THE YEAR 2000" dvd?

I enjoy the dvd...The concert was great, I enjoyed Lenny Kravitz as his guest and Prince singing with Nikka Costa. The Piano is nice...I did notice that the sound on the dvd is better than the sound that came through the pay per view special...However, if the sound quality was equal, I would have enjoyed a mix between the two, as far as camera angles are concerned.

Lenny Kravitz was cool in it. I'm not fond of Nikka, not coz she can't sing, I just don't like her style.

Were long overdue another DVD.

my niece played the dvd so much it doesn't play anymore. i must get another copy real soon. I miss the purple rain performance

It was the first time I heard the song at all. I didn't get the album until months later... and I even forgot that this song was on there.

The song itself is a beautiful classic that gets overlooked a lot because its surrounded by sub-par material... I like that material all the same

The video was beautifully done, what more can I say that I hadn't already?

I like the song and video. I have all the remixes too and enjoy most of them. I just put a compilation 1999 Rave video transfer to dvd tonight too with the news and Septimo and Thrill city shows on it. Pretty cool for my personal collection.

i love the song and the video. Very cool. As for the Rave DVD, ...its a piece of shit, i love the lenny kravitz part,the nothing compares 2 u part , and the per4mance of Shes always in my hair, it went down hill from there.

i think my favorite part of the dvd is when he does the splits a crazy amount of times in a circle and then says" i was checkin the new rug." or something along those lines.

i also like the metallic outfits because its soo unexpected and wierd and totally random haha!

i dont like the dancer chick though she was wierd...especially in the interview part of the dvd

I didn't get to see the whole thing just yet, I skipped around and have been watching interchangeably this dvd and The Aladdin one. I'm loving both, it was such a surprise and a treat that I found 'em!
