i really love this song. i couldn't stop listening to it the first time i heard it. it's so weird(in a good way,though)and i can't understand why p has never released it. it's kinda dark and i can see why he didn't put it on batman even though the hook has that kind of theme song-y quality about it. i like how the song builds real slow and what a payoff. great lyrics,too and that creepy beat is so cool. one of p's best songs imo. better than most of the songs on batman(and a few other ones,for that matter).

well you kinda answered your own question, he didn't release it cause it was too dark. I think it's great too but with all the Batman voice over stuff it really only would make sense on Batman

I always love Dance With The Devil. Also it was left off of The Batman Soundtrack cuz Prince thought it was too "dark" and settles for Batdance

Prince should just drop an Unreleased songs CD ! Would make a lot of Prince fans very happy and he could stop worryin'(well maybe not) about people bitein' his stuff !

"Dance with The Devil" should be on The Dark Knight's soundtrack and in the film.

It's not only because I like Prince's music.


This song fits Heath Ledger's more darker Joker that's coming in this film.

The WB should call Prince, and ask for the song to be re-mastered.

Still, since Jack Nicholson used the phrase "Dance with The Devil" as The Joker. This Batman crew want no parts of the previous franchise. I understand.

I love it too, I think that the Batman soundtrack would have been better with this terrific track on it ( instead of the silly Trust..).
