I really don't remember much of the New Power Soul tour, and i saw a few shows!! Must have been weak !
The Brixton Academy show was OK but I hated a lot of those songs, especially Letitgo. | |

is that aimed at me? all did was ceate a thread called "princes worst tour". i thought itd be interesting to see, people experiences, opinions and stuff about past tours. | |

Prince's tour in 2001, which came to Memphis, sucked. I, also didn't care for his tour, in 2003, or the aftershow(way too mellow, with the jazz shit).
I didn't see him on the Musicology tour, when he came back. I was so disappointed, in his performances, that I didn't care. | |

Of the UK tours I have seen then I would say New Power Soul (although I missed Act 2 and ULE so unfortunately don't have the full picture). A close second was D&P. It was just too slick and rehearsed for my liking with little room for any improvisation. 'I loved him then, I love him now and will love him eternally. He's with our son now.' Mayte 21st April 2016 = the saddest quote I have ever read! RIP Prince and thanks for everything. | |

you should see some of the other threads, this is no different than "Which Prince Video is Your Favorite?" or "Huey's getting tired of brass in Prince's band" Some people have got nothing better to do than be snappy at snappy threads.
