F.U.N.K. itunes reviews... What do you think of the reviews "F.U.N.K." is getting on itunes? Many, many one star reviews, most people are complaining about the helium voice and Prince sounding like the devil. The funny thing is, when I hear the music most people buy, like Britney, Beyonce, Hannah Montana, all that sounds like the devil to me. LOL. Do Prince fans have different music taste, are we stupid, or are the masses stupid? There's no way F.U.N.K. is a one-star song. I'd say at least 3 stars. the helium voice was relative 2 the diss. suppose fans gt the rum & coke, but didnt make it commercial.
i still can't believe he wasted such a good tune with those dubious lyrics it got no airplay as far as i'm aware in uk

even if it is a fun track, i think for prince to take a quickly churned out answer song to fan protest and try to pawn it off to the iTunes masses as a viable pop single is an example of poor marketing at best, and good ol' purple hubris at worst.

that's exactly it. It's not a single, it's the kind of song that orgers like. To plug that song but not one with actual potential for airplay like The 1 U Wanna C just makes no sense. Can you believe Prince did something that is seemingly not logical?! My Legacy
