LOL, I remember the story. Johnson had hit it big in "Miami Vice" and showed up onstage with a guitar for the encore at one of the last "Purple Rain" concerts. Apparently Prince didn't know Johnson was coming onstage and when Prince saw him, Johnson said Prince's expression was, "What the fuck is this?!?" He got through it, though. | |

On the Purple Rain tour. She came on and played tambourine on Baby I'm A Star, I think. Add Mavis Staples to that list. | |
