I have to admit that nothing that Prince has done in the past decade has shocked me the way that this whole lawsuit nonsense has done.

Not the assless pants, not the SLAVE face paint, not the name-change, not the shady dissolution of his relationship with Mayte, not even the alleged conversion to Jehova's Witnesses.

So...what could possibly shock me in the near future?

I'm thinking that if he did a duet with Britney Spears in a remake of "Islands In The Stream" - it would shock me. Otherwise, I can't think of anything else.

if he let a well-known, respected and innovative producer collaborate on a prince album. as in, like, when brian eno produced paul simon's last album or when rick rubin produced all the johnny cash american recordings albums. if prince ever let someone work with him in that capacity, i would be shocked (and it would probably be great).

I think that he never should've written a song any where close to hinting of a few of these "fams".
