I sort of struggled with "For You" and The Black Album. I don't consider "For You" a terrible album, because he was just a kid getting his feat wet, and although I consider it average at best...for some reason I gave it a 4.5 out of 10. I don't expect much from rookies anyway, if I get it it's a welcome surprise.

Although he only used that distorted voice on one track (I think) of The Black Album, I feel the same way about it the way some of you guys feel about that voice on TRC - I can't stand it on that ONE song! The song in general is annoying. Overall I was underwhelmed with the Black Album after all the hype that preceded it. I do like "Rock Hard In A Funky Place" though.

I think the biggest gap we have amongst our picks are for Lovesexy, Batman, The Truth, and Rave - which you gave a negative rating. That's brutal. lol
