Prince in some covert ops (o.k. he just hired it out...) It appears that actions have taken a more "heavy handed" approach to Pirate Bay.
"Peter Sunde, a Pirate bay admin, tells Ars that the Purple One's legal team has already started leaning on some advertisers to drop support for the site. "We're not even worried, since the Internet is too big for morally upset people to get it their way," Sunde said in an e-mail. "I'm just sad that Prince—whose music I really like—can't understand that he's the new Metallica versus Napster. And we all know who lost that..." http://arstechnica.com/ne...-cars.html There are 10 types of people that understand binary. Those that do and those that don't.

I've been reluctant to enter the Pirate Bay thread because it's so long. Maybe I should, so I don't repeat something. I haven't followed this case either, but Prince could make a difference in taking down the torrent sites. At least "The Majors". Only thing... what happens then? What happens when the downloads disperse?...That seems to be what's happening now. So instead of the 4-5 Majors and the many many others, you'll have thousands of other type download sites (which I won't mention). Those will be impossible to stop. Why do you like playing around with my narrow scope of reality? - Stupify
