Either people will say...Ooowh look he has had work done...or...Oh my God look at his wrinkles. I don't think he could stand it, so this is why he is trying to wipe him image away from public view. (Either that or he is just plain crazy) I have adored him since I was 11...I am now 38. I have stood up for him many times (when at school I was teased cus I liked him). But after he left WB I didn't like his stuff. Musicology was so so, but nothing like his old stuff. To this day I stand up and say that he WAS the best thing to have happened in music. But now I would say...Retire cus you have lost it or you simply just don't want it bad enough anymore. Like you haven't aged at 38? Posting like a 14 yr old. He's aged like fine wine and is marvelous..... mon cheri. I don't think he is angry as much he is trying to protect his work..LOL!

Prince's sporadic releases of the last 10 years (3 albums in a year, or 2 years between albums depending on his mood), some would argue is the result of him having to balance being both the manager of his trade, the promoter, as well as producer, singer, writer, and musician. It's too many hats, some may prostrate. However, these are not accurate. Prince effortlessly handles all of these things, and it's never been an issue for him. Moreover, he's proven that he can do them and still sell out crowds in London 21 nights in a row, or release an album to #1 like 3121 in its first week. So the issue can NOT be related to his actual business model, as is implied in this thread. The problem is Princes fear of Dehydrogenated monoxide. Call me crazy, but you can see his obsession with the stuff in Purple Rain, The Holy River, When 2 r in Love, Soft and Wet, and the list goes on and on. Dehydrogenated monoxide has been linked to corrosion, rusting, bacterial growth, mold, and all manner of things that plague us. The US government has not admitted it, but it's in our drinking supply, and no matter what you try to do, it can't remove it. Sites claim that if you wash your hands for hours, it will still be on your hands that entire time. For those of you who have been in Paisley park in the last 2 years, you'll notice that the water fountains are filtered, and that toilet paper is handed out only upon request, because it contains traces of dehydrogenated monoxide. This lead to all manner of rumers that Prince does not use toilet paper, but that has never been proven, though one could surmise that if Prince is willing to insulate Paisley Park, and indeed his house from receiving the substance (which comes is found in large doses in droplets of rain in Minneapolis), that it would not be too far a stretch that he's stop using TP. One can search through his lyrics and find references to the stuff, disguised as other "cute" names, but the obsession is there. It's pervasive, and it's ruining his career. Dehydrogenated monoxide Imago??? What??? U must be U want to know the secreat of love and happiness? Love GOD with all your heart, mind soul and strength. And love your neighboor as yourself.

Even just a lick of icecream is neccessary for complete relaxation! I dont want people to get me wrong. Im not saying that a vegan diet is the only healthy diet you can have..there are plenty of omnivorious diets that are great for u. Many vegetarians take supplements to balance thier diet. But studies have shown that people who eat more fruits and vegetables have much lower rates of disease and cancer and also age slower (watch Dr.Oz's new show on discovery health ). Anything in moderation is great..its just when people go overboard that things get unhealthy and out of hand. Here we go with the "Prince is a vegan" nonsense again. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

But now I would say...Retire cus you have lost it or you simply just don't want it bad enough anymore. I think most of the backlash like this was buried well before he became "old".. Leave the man alone. He shouldn't cry for the internet fams-whatever back either.. Everyone needs to "stick to their guns" (so-to-speak), and leave each other alone. I also find it funny that a couple of web-masters = (all of Prince fandom being attacked in a song) One of the sites he mentioned attempted to release a calender with his photos without asking.. Why they didn't ask? He probably would've said, "No!" to them. I asked for permission to use images for T-shirt ideas years ago. Guess what? He (Paisley Park/NPGMC) said "No..politely, but no it was". I did not try to slide-by without asking first. Next, came alot of photos being used to suggest some negative ideas about his Vegas gigs by a certain fam-website. They just kept coming with the sarcastic attacks. Guess what? He's fighting back the only way he knows how. He can't avoid photos of his youth even if he tried. Wow, people..Move-on. http://www.zshare.net/aud...3274707ca/ http://www.zshare.net/aud...25d077a3b/ Linn4days@yahoo.com [Edited 11/13/07 16:26pm]

We don't all age at the same rate.
He looks good. He's got the old crows feet, so what. A few grey hairs would suit him. He's looking good, he's still got a fine shape to him. Loads of blokes his age have a huge beer belly and man boobs, Prince Certainly doesn't look like that. the makeup could go, but then would any of us ladies step outside to even go to the supermarket without a bit of slap? I DON'T THINK SO. He's been wearing it for so long now, it's probably the norm for him. He's still gorgeous. AND BY THE WAY , IF YOU'RE READING THIS (I don't look my age either) sssshhh, don't tell anyone, Oh and I definitely Would! (¯`*´¯)

Jealousy is the flip side of Compliment don't ever forget that!!! Prince is 1 handsome man. An exceptional blend of John L. Nelson and Mattie Shaw begot Prince and from there Prince has taken excellent care of himself, looking well under 40 IMO. Lemme
