Gotta disagree with Another Lover and Why You Wanna Treat Me So Bad. My interpretation of both is someone who Prince shared love with wants to depart from the relationship.

That is a snippet of lyrics to Another Lover. The music is itself is not very aggressive or bitter sounding, but the lyrics have some bite.

I think in the live version of WYWTMSB the anger in the song is punctuated with an impassioned Prince bellowing "bitch" prior to the guitar at then end. Though the music is mostly disco, and again seemingly harmless, Prince lets it vent in the guitar solo closing the song.

Again, it is all interpretation.
