Threads like this are always popular. If you got to meet Prince face to face, what would you say to him? As a supporter and listener of his music, what would you say?

Whatever happened to a simple "thank you for writing your albums to share with your supporters"? You're given an opportunity to meet someone who's rarely seen in the first place and you rattle off insults... something just doesn't feel right about that.

And when this whole thing blows over, if you did say something like that to him, and you end up forgiving/forgetting, you're going to regret what you said to him and wish you didn't run off at the mouth because you were ticked off about whatever it is that he did?

This is all hypothetical of course... but I'm just saying...

Waiting 3 hours? Phew... I had to endure that for my favorite boyband a couple of years ago for a meet & greet (well worth it, but let's just say I wish I had done things differently). If this were Prince... I'm not sure if I could survive that. I'd probably die of anticipiation an hour before the days open

I think I'm really living up to my siggy "Advocate 4 Prince @ Present"... never thought I'd have to defend him quite like I have the past week or so. It's exhausting, but this IS a fan site after all.

The responses that are towards his latest actions... don't get me started. I'm all for honesty and for those who want to give him constructive criticsm on how he can improve his music and his relations with people around him, I'm all for that. But when you're threatening physical harm or cursing him off, that's going a little far. No matter who the person is, nobody deserves those kinds of threats.

I want him to continue doing his music as he always has, doing things his way.

Let's just say if Prince let others' opinions completely change the direction he goes muscially, he wouldn't be Prince anyway, would he? He's always made his own way, and I say he should be allowed to do that.
