Anyone else think this tune is like a few years old?...circa 2001.

some of the portamento g-funkish synth sounds are similar to those on black sweat. the drum track also sounds very recent. if i had to guess i'd say it was new, or at least heavily reworked.

This cut could have easily been on the "Black Album" back in the day. Real bass, screaming wah leads, and "Camille"..this is better than that mess he recently put out ("Planet Earth").

I've listened to this song a couple of times. For some reason, I can't shake it was supposed to be on the Emancipation album but was pulled at the last minute to Slave.

I suspect the song was finished very recently, but I don't buy that it was cranked out in, say, the last 36-hour period as a direct response to this current BS. There is no direct reference to anyone or any statements made on any of the involved sites that I'm aware of, and the lyrics in a more general sense seem only to fit a scenario wherein Prince feels folk at large are dissing him... and when exactly has that not been the case?

I don't Care about the Date of the Track.....this Track is far above from Musicology/3121/PE.....i would give this 3 shit Albums for tree titles like "PFUNK"!
