There would not be a PFU if Prince or whoever is in charge of his camp had not employed the services of an over zealous self appointed internet watchdog that has not one problem wiping his feet on OUR rights for a buck! PFU is just trying to shed some light on the bullying tactics being presented in Prince's name. I say BRAVO!! If Prince himself is not being the bully then maybe all this press will make him step up, say so and do something about it! If indeed these tactics were at his request then maybe all this press will cause him to reconsider his position and actually try to work out something with the site owners. Everybody's all bent out of shape because people are posting nasty and mean spirited things about Prince. Well guess what? People do that anyway! I saw all kinds of negative crap right after his Super Bowl performance, a career highlight for him but that didn't matter to the folks that didn't give a damn! | |

No, dude. Regardless of whether I believe the fansites or not, the publicity and hateful things said about Prince in the last few days is a horrible thing to do to someone.We may even need to set up a legal fund to defend these great sites in a court of law...but let's hope it dosen't come to that, for right now we must bring to bare the maximum ammount of pressure on Prince whereby he has no choice to either back down or seek a compromise. So you're willing to throw everyone else out with the bathwater because of things said by people who probably aren't even fans or from these boards? I hope you can sleep at night with a peaceful conscience, knowing that you are participating in trying to destroy Prince's career along with the rest of the haters.....and yet you call yourself a fan..unbelievable.  If you were a friend, I wouldn't let your a$$ in my house or even near my front door.

Well, its a community site and it has always been fairly good at moderation and appriecation of copyright. Unlike sites like Housequake up until this year. But if you feel the site you frequent should not be supported when it is attacked for allowing general free speech, I simply wonder why you come here? 
I do appreciate Ben for creating this site because I have made lifelong friends here and I am madly in love with one of you europeans but I cannot support PFU, particularly when I have no facts and particularly when I see the fight is getting juvenile on both sides. So in a way you are right. I have not been happy here for a really long time and when I tried to speak on that, my freedom of speech gets slapped down. So, for a while, I am going to stop being a hypocrite and stop posting here. | |
