Is Prince tacitly admitting he's a "Slave" again? So Prince (or his attorneys who are technically agents and therefore do indeed speak for Prince) is now saying that he's not suing his fans, his RECORD COMPANY is suing his fans. WOW. Now there's a shift from "Emancipation."
So is he implying that his Record Company is now acting for him in capacity of which he hasn't given his complete approval? Is this admission that it is his RECORD COMPANY's fault - saying that he is again under the domination and influence of a corporate company, and not "emancipated" and acting independently? Isn't having a Record Company sue fans on your behalf just as, and maybe even more, dangerous to your independence and "emancipation" as an artist then for them to tell you you can only put out one album per year? It just proves Prince is, for lack a better term, a nut-job whose "philosophy" is inconsistent, self-serving, and arbitrary. I'll keep enjoying his music - but everything he does not involving an instrument or acapella has gotten pathetic and embarrassing. | |

I thought his last deal was one album with Sony. Don't see them mentioned in a law suit.
Maybe he's done a Madonna and signed with AEG. Either way, I think we should send a message. Lets all write "cunt" on our cheeks. That should do it. . |
