Unless bankrolled by someone with big money or a lawyers working pro bono, I dont see how PFU can survive He Who Shall Not Be Named's threats. While I think that any court would ultimately rule in the sites' favor (this is clearly all fair use and copyright laws were never intened to be absolute) he will bankrupt the good people who pour their time and energy and often their own money to keep the sites going.

PFU and their users should just 'go dark" for a while. We should stop thinking, talking, watching, buying, even (gasp) listening to He Who Shall Not Be Named.

I call for the last line of defense when confronted with a force that can overwhelm you with money, clout and shear brute corporate power. WE NEED TO BOYCOTT!
