Yes, we're fans... But first and foremost we're consumers! We are the ones that buy the merchandise. Whether it's music, videos, concert tickets, movies, pictures, t-shirts, perfume, earrings, key chains, newspapers or tattoos. Without us, the merchandise is worthless!
As consumers, we have rights too! It's high time that the record industry, the motion picture industry, the radio industry, the media, self appointed web sheriffs and Prince realize that! With all that's going on, on the internet, the rights of consumers are being dismissed because of volume! The entities I mentioned are looking at the numbers and under the impression that if they completely controlled the merchandise, they'd control the market. That's not allowed offline and it should not be allowed online! I've had time to think about this whole PFU movement and I applaud all of the owners of the sites involved for having the courage to take a stand! It's a beautiful thing to stand up to someone that's hurting you, even if it's someone you admire and respect. | |

Too many people try to put words in Prince's mouth. We aren't talking about Prince in 1978...He's reached the top. Prince cannot be called names...This fan thing, can't be, (He's rubber, they are glue, type stuff)Prince is a Legendary human being. A beautiful guitar player. Prince is a man and not a child. I am talking with u sexy, and only addressing the point....A fan-site that will continue to succeed will be one that carries members that have a sincere disposition.
