My favorite song on the radio right now is by J. Holiday. The song is called Bed, and it's a HUGE hit right now on R&B radio here in the states. (Philadelphia)

I'd LOVE to hear Prince cover this song. Actually, I wonder if Prince would have had a hit with this song if he was the original artist, or if the 17-35 crowd has tuned Prince out for most part.

I think this song could have been a Prince hit. It's along his vein (very Scandalous-like).

I think a hit like this could have put Prince right back on the charts in a BIG way!

What are your thoughts?

I'm beginning to tire of it, because as usual they are over doing it. I don't really listen to the radio so when I do if I hear a song overplayed I put it on my 'avoid' list. Prince should definitely avoid that song. Maybe J. Holiday should cover 'Future Baby Mama'...

I like the music but the lyrics are wack!

Im pretty sure Prince wouldn't touch this song BUT if he did, he would definitely make it better. Anybody could.

i was thinking about that the other day.... i had my own version of Prince singing this in my head...

This song was originally written for Chris Brown, who would've sang it a LOT better than J holliday, but the producers and him got into it, so they gave it to Mr Holliday.
Prince could definitely sing this better than any of the above mentioned.

prince could cover anythang & make it his own. i'd like him 2 do a whole album of covers! (reworked - by prince...)

i have thought how robin thicke's lost without u could have been a credible prince song. it's bewliful!

The guy I'm dating loves that song! He thinks it's soooo romantic. He wanted it to be "Our Song".
He asked me to "give it a chance", so I did and got tired of it IMMEDIATELY! The video made it worse!

I left my "Slo-Prince" playlist on the computer one night (77 songs, 6 hours) so he could hear what romantic can be.

I don't get the big deal about the song. It's so lame to me.

As much as I enjoy hearing J.Holiday sing "Bed" I'm sure Prince would make it even better.
